Our iPod Shuffle and a Good Samaritan
I love my Shuffle, it's perfect for when I run at the gym (don't really like listening to music when in a park), does it's thing and nothing else therefore it's light, compact, and easy to use. The only thing i wish it could also do is add songs from multiple computers (Shuffle only works with a single iTunes playlist since it does not have it's own concept of playlists, just a list of songs that are on it - more of a reason for it to be able to talk to multiple iTunes, i don't want it to sync, just be able to add songs. So anyways, Tuesday I was at the gym, and thought I lost it, since it is really small, it is really easy to misplace it so I am always very careful where I put it after a run. This time I was not so careful, and it was gone. Now the interesting part. Today (2 days later) I was ready to go and buy another one thinking that I have suffered enough without it, but had distant thought to go back to the gym and ask at the front desk if somebody had turned it in. I must admit that I personally would not turn it in. Finders keepers. To my huge surprise they had it at the front desk in the safe. Somebody DID turn it in. I was very happy to have it back with all my songs on it and still fully charged, saved $80. But how unbelievable that somebody turned it in. Just amazing.
